This course provides a record of staff competent in the procedure: Peripheral Intravenous Cannulation (PIVC).
Prerequisites
One or more of the following:
- Completion of IV Cannulation eBook, Quiz and PIVC Audit submitted
- Recognition of prior learning - PIVC
- Certificate of completion of equivalent theory and practical assessment and continuing clinical practice
- Confirmation of current clinical competency in PIVC via email from Clinical Manager
