My Health Record
My Health Record (MHR) is a system established by the Federal Government and is operated by the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA). It is a secure, personally controlled online summary of an individual’s health history.
The MHR viewer is now available to authorised SA Health personnel to support enhanced care planning and provision. Authorised personnel include those who plan and/or provide services to support clinical workflow/s and completion of this session will provide staff an introduction to the MHR and how to access.
