Reassessment of Clinical Competency

A mandatory competency

Frequency: Bi-Annually

Target audience: all staff who administer cytotoxic medications located in their area and have previously completed ADAC modules 1-6 Administering oral antineoplastic drugs, or ADAC modules 1-7 Administering intravenous neoplastic drugs.

As part of the Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course (ADAC), eviQ Education has developed the ADAC Reassessment of Clinical Competency Course.

 The Reassessment of clinical competency course is designed to support the maintenance of clinical skills following completion of the Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course (ADAC). The Reassessment of clinical competency course supports health professionals refresh their knowledge and clinical skills in the safe administration of antineoplastic drugs and safe handling of related waste.

 Allocated hours: 2 hours (1 hour = 1 CPD point)
